Hyperbole and a Half Book Review

Based on the popular blog of the same name, Hyperbole and a Half is a collection of funny stories from author Allie Brosh's life. Most of them take place when she was a child, following young Allie through adventures with cake, dinosaur costumes, and more. Every story is well written and accompanied by ridiculously horrible art that just seems to fit perfectly. Although I have already finished this book, I still go back to it from time to time just to reread some of my favorite stories when I'm bored. Hyperbole and a Half is a funny book, filled with short stories compiled from a popular comedic blog. I highly recommend that you read this book. It won't take up a whole lot of your time - as each story is not connected to the rest - and it is written to help readers relate to the stories, connecting Allie's childhood to yours. Read Hyperbole and a Half; you won't regret it.

On the off chance that you want to read some of these stories but don't feel inclined to purchase the book, you can visit the author's blog and read them there. The blog can be found here.
